What We Are Looking For

We work at the intersection of neuroscience, culture, and inclusion, designing tools and experiences that rewire mindsets, shift systems, and build genuinely inclusive workplaces (and people).

We want to hear from you if you:

Get giddy about behaviour change and organisational culture
Care deeply about equity, inclusion, and accessibility — beyond buzzwords
Can hold space for discomfort, growth, and messy middle bits
Have experience coaching, designing workshops, or supporting strategic change
Are curious, kind, and committed to evolving (yourself and others)
Don’t mind the occasional metaphor about the brain, fungi, or the cosmos
Progressive, compassionate, and know how to bring joy to change. No blame, just unlearning and relearning with love.

You’ll get training and access to our NIMM, NeuroNudges, development tools, and the EVOLVE Framework.

All that we ask is that you use them for BARDO Clients and Work only.

Social Impact

We offer low-cost access to tools for changemakers and donate a percentage of revenue to equity and environmental initiatives.

Co-creation over Control

This isn’t a top-down model. We invite collaborators to shape our offers, contribute to IP, and challenge us to do better. The best ideas win — not the loudest ones.
