This is a free after lunch online session introducing a different way of understanding how inclusion works in practice inside complex organisations.
Most organisations are already doing significant work in inclusion — with established frameworks, policies, training, reporting structures, and long-term development approaches in place. This session does not aim to replace or critique that work.
Instead, it explores a different layer: how behaviour is actually formed, shaped, and expressed in real organisational moments.
Even within well-designed systems, behaviour is influenced continuously by cognitive and contextual factors that are not always visible in formal frameworks. These include cognitive load, perceived social and psychological risk, habit and automatic responses, identity and belonging cues, and the pressures of real-time decision-making.
These dynamics operate alongside structured inclusion work and can influence how behaviour shows up in practice — often beneath conscious awareness.
