Change your conditioned state. Unplug from the world around you for a moment and reset yourself. See the world through a new inclusive lens, eat sumptuous nurturing foods and learn more about nutritional wellbeing, discover how you connect with the world and others in an inclusive way and understand how to control your life by managing what you consume - physically, emotionally and psychologically. Learn to live inclusive values with kindness at your core.

What is included in the retreat?

  • Group and personal coaching session

  • Vegan/vegetarian cooking class

  • Butterfly meditation

  • Beauty and wellbeing session

  • Talks and workshops on inclusion, kindness, and connection

  • Our experiential diversity 'Escape Room Challenge!'

  • Kindness discovery journey - the choices game: 'What would you do?'

  • Developing Cultures of Care - discover the role we all play

  • Experiential sessions - this could include, wild swimming, goat yoga, tantra yoga, breathwork, food foraging, and guided meditation 

  • Nature, nurture, and nourish with countryside appreciation

  • Food is included with special meals such as our 'paint and sip' experience.

The content of the retreat can be tailored to the needs of the group. When inquiring, please state your primary objective.

Who is the retreat for?

  • Anyone wanting to understand how they can adapt their behaviours and beliefs to have a positive impact on the world and themselves

  • Individuals who are keen to see a more connected, diverse, and kinder world

  • All genders are welcome, however, our 'typical' guest identifies as female

  • All ages and abilities are welcome, however, there are some steps, movement, and walking involved in the activities - please let us know how your movement differs before attending so we can try to adapt to fulfill your needs

  • Ideal for individuals or couples or small work teams (maximum of six couples or twelve individuals).

Please make sure to tell us of any dietary and accessibility needs, we will do our best to accommodate them. 

​

We aim to welcome everyone without judgment or barrier - however, we may have invisible barriers so do please let us know how we can best serve you.

What should you bring?

  • Loose clothes for possible yoga and meditation and a warm jumper

  • Swimming costume and towel for possible wild swimming

  • Good walking shoes/trainers

  • Waterproofs - just in case it rains - it is highly likely you will get muddy

  • Overnight items and toiletries 

  • An open heart and an open mind.

Dates:

  • 28th August - 31st August 2025

​

Duration:

  • Arrive after 5 pm on Thursday 28th August (dinner at 7 pm)

  • Ends on Sunday 31st August at 6 pm.

​

Price:

  • From £400 per person with no accommodation. There are a number of local B&Bs in the area that we can connect you with.

  • Or £550 per person with accommodation based on three sharing. The venue sleeps six in two double rooms both with one sofa bed and one double bed. 

  • For two sharing the cost is £600 per person.

  • Alternatively, for £440 per person, you can park your camper van (no electrical hook up) and attend the course.

Nr Bath in the South-West of England.

Allergies:

Please note we have Boxer dogs, so this is not suitable for those with dog allergies.

Please let us know of any allergies prior to confirming your booking.
