ABOUT
Inclusion isn’t a policy. It’s a brain challenge.
BARDO Inclusive was founded by Georgina Brown after nearly 30 years leading equality, diversity and inclusion across the Army, NHS, higher education and corporate sectors. She has worked at the sharp end of social change — from contributing to the Stephen Lawrence inquiry era reforms, to increasing representation in complex institutions, to closing attainment gaps and embedding structural culture change.

She knows what works.
And she knows what doesn’t.

Tick-box training. One-off workshops. Shiny strategies that never land in behaviour. They don’t fail because people don’t care — they fail because they ignore how the brain actually works.

Why Neuroscience?
Inclusion is about behaviour:
-
Who we listen to.
-
Who we trust.
-
Who we promote.
-
Who feels safe to speak.

All of that is driven by fast, unconscious neural processes — bias, threat detection, status sensitivity, in-group preference. If we don’t understand the biology underneath behaviour, we end up fighting symptoms instead of causes.

BARDO integrates behavioural science and neuroscience to help organisations:
-
Reduce bias without shame or moralising
-
Build trust at a neurological level
-
Shift habits, not just attitudes
-
Embed inclusive behaviours, so they stick
This isn’t theory-heavy academia. It’s applied brain science translated into practical leadership tools, culture design and system change.

Experience That Runs Deep
Georgina has led organisation-wide EDI strategies, secured senior-level buy-in, delivered equality charter success, and built sustainable networks and policies that changed outcomes — not just optics.

Her work combines:
-
Strategic credibility
-
Behavioural insight
-
Cultural intelligence
-
Courageous honesty
What Makes BARDO Different?
We don’t preach.
We don’t blame.
We don’t run “click and forget” training.

We work at the level where culture actually lives: in habits, signals, power dynamics and decision-making moments.

Because when you understand the brain, you understand behaviour.
And when behaviour shifts, culture follows.
BARDO Inclusive exists to help organisations move beyond compliance and into real, measurable, human change.

If you want inclusion that lasts — not just inclusion that looks good — you’re in the right place.
