Service Description

After the initial consultation, we conduct a deep dive into your many policies (to a maximum of 6) and prepare a critic of these policies identifying where they fall short of ED&I standards. This starts with a 2-hour online session to identify the policies to be looked at and to gain an understanding of the business environment. We then analyse the policies and create an analytical paper for you. This can then lead into an ED&I action plan.
