Returns Policy

All of our products are fulfilled by Printful.com, Modalyst, Tropic, or Blossom & Wren, except our Twiddle Muffs.

 

T-Shirts, Hoodies, Mugs & Framed Prints

All of these items are designed by our Founder Georgina Brown and printed on demand for you. 

If you would like to return a t-shirt, hoodie, mug, or framed prints these are fulfilled by Printful.com

Please contact us before returning any product.

Please put BARDO URGENT RETURN in the title of the email. 

Please state what item you are returning, why you are returning it, any photographs of any damage or defect, and if you would like a replacement or refund. We will then email you back with the return address and next steps. 

Any return must be sent to Printful, within 14 days of when you received it. 

Printful unfortunately does not refund orders for buyer’s remorse, or incorrect sizes. So please help us by ensuring that you have the correct size and are in love with the design before purchasing! 

Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 2 weeks after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 2 weeks after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.

Wrong Address - If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to the Printful facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).

Unclaimed - Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment. (if and as applicable).

Printful does not accept returns of sealed goods, such as but not limited to face masks, which are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons. You hereby agree that any returned orders with face masks won’t be available for reshipping and will be disposed of.

Notification for EU consumers: According to Article 16(c) and (e) of the Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 October 2011 on consumer rights, the right of withdrawal may not be provided for:

1. the supply of goods that are made to the consumer's specifications or are clearly personalized;
2. sealed goods which were unsealed after delivery and thus aren't suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons, therefore Printful reserves rights to refuse returns at its sole discretion.

This Policy shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the English language, regardless of any translations made for any purpose whatsoever.

Twidddle-Muffs

If you are returning a Twiddle Muff please just contact us Please put BARDO URGENT RETURN in the title of the email. 

Please state why you are returning it, any photographs of any damage or defect, and if you would like a replacement or refund. We will then email you back with the return address and next steps. 

Any return must be sent to us, within 14 days of when you received it. 

Tropic Skincare

Bags, Jewellery, Pets, Scarfs, and Kitchen Utensils

These are fulfilled by Modalyst.

Customers should contact us with any requests for a return and then we will then contact the supplier. This should be done within 5 days of receiving the item. Please put BARDO URGENT RETURN in the title of the email. 

This third party supplier follows a 14-day return policy during which we must inform the supplier that the customer would like to return an item. The item must be undamaged, and unused with tags still attached within 14 days of the notification that the item will be returned.

The third-party supplier will also provide a return/refund policy for any damaged or defective items as long as any claims are placed within the agreed-upon 5 days of the item being received.
